The senior executive group's patterns of behavior and dynamics are the models the entire organization follows. Our consultation is focused on increasing an executive group's understanding of itself both on a group and individual level.

Services include:

Executive Team Assessment and Development: Through interviews and process observations conclusions about executive team functioning are made. The analysis is reviewed with the team and plans created to leverage positive aspects of its functioning. The team also develops plans to correct any dysfunctions.

Individual Executive Assessment and Development: Through interviews and process observations individual assessments are created. This assessment is reviewed with the individual executive and concrete plans for leveraging strengths and working on weaknesses are developed.

Executive Team/Board of Directors Relationship: Through interviews and process observation analyses of this vital relationship are written. The analysis is then reviewed with both groups and plans developed to leverage positive aspects of functioning and correct any problem areas.

Managing the "Street": Managing the relationship with the investment community is a critical executive skill. Through observation of earnings calls, earnings call preparation, and other activities, patterns of behavior are identified and reviewed with the executive. Consultation then focuses on how the executives could handle the "street" more effectively.
